This year’s Forum will be held under the slogan „Transformation time – what will the Europe of the future be like?”. In the current political and economic situation, Europe must build greater strategic autonomy and a new – military, energy and digital security architecture. The vast majority agree with the opinion that the Green Deal is a civilization necessity, but also requires a realistic path, taking into account the pace of transformation in various countries, because Europe must reconcile climate goals with energy security and industrial competitiveness. The Europe of the future is an economy based on innovation, technology and digital autonomy – so investment in research and development is necessary. Maintaining competitiveness, especially in the context of an aging society, requires reforms of the labor market, education and taxes.
