March 22, 2024 from the grave of the blessed. priest Jerzy Popiełuszko, the 24th National Way of the Cross of Working People will pass through the streets of Warsaw. Reflections for individual stations were prepared by people of various professions and members of “Solidarity”.
This year marks the 40th anniversary of the martyrdom of the blessed priest Jerzy Popiełuszko. “We pray for the entire world of work in our homeland, so that no one lacks daily bread and that work increases the good and prosperity of the homeland” – wrote the organizers. “We want to involve God in the difficult and painful affairs of our homeland” – they added after the blessed priest Jerzy.
The Way of the Cross of Working People will begin on the Friday before Palm Sunday with Holy Mass at. 17.00 in the church of St. Stanisław Kostka (Hozjusza 2 St.).
